We provide residential window cleaning services in Gilbert, Chandler, and Queen Creek, Arizona. The Site’s primary purpose is to allow homeowners to request free estimates for our services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information only when you voluntarily submit it through our estimate request form. The fields on that form are:

• Name (required) — used to address you in correspondence
• Phone number (required) — used to contact you about your estimate
• Email address (optional) — used to send an auto-reply confirming receipt of your request
• Street address (optional) — used to prepare an accurate estimate for your home
• City (optional) — used to route your request to the correct service area
• Message (optional) — any additional details you provide about your request
• SMS consent — a record of whether you opted in to receive text message updates about your request

We also automatically collect attribution data when you submit the form: the page you were on when you submitted (source path) and any UTM marketing parameters present in the URL (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign). This data is used to understand which marketing channels generate estimate requests. It is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To prepare and deliver a free estimate for your home
• To notify the business owner of your request via email and SMS
• To send you an auto-reply email confirming we received your request (if you provided an email address)
• To send you a one-time SMS confirming receipt of your request (only if you checked the SMS consent box)
• To track which pages and marketing sources generate estimate requests, so we can improve our service and outreach

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Data Storage

All form submissions are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase on servers located in the United States. Access to stored leads is restricted to authenticated business owner accounts. No anonymous user can read, modify, or enumerate your submitted information — this is enforced at the database level through Row Level Security policies.

5. Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

This Site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site. GA4 collects anonymous usage data including page views and interaction events (such as clicking a phone number link or completing the estimate form). GA4 does not receive your name, phone number, email, or any information you enter into the estimate form.

GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies. You can block GA4 data collection by using a browser extension such as uBlock Origin or by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser settings. Google’s privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

6. SMS Communications

We send SMS messages only when you have explicitly opted in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on the estimate request form. Consent is not required to receive a free estimate — it is completely optional.

If you opt in, you will receive one SMS confirming that we received your estimate request. We do not send marketing SMS messages, promotional texts, or recurring SMS campaigns.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS you receive from us. You will not receive further messages. Message and data rates may apply.

7. No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes. The only third-party services that receive data in connection with your submission are:

• Supabase — database storage (US servers)
• Resend — transactional email delivery (owner notification and homeowner auto-reply only)
• Twilio — SMS delivery (owner notification and consented homeowner auto-reply only)

Each of these services receives only the minimum data necessary to perform the specific function described above.

8. Data Retention and Deletion Requests

We retain estimate request data for as long as it is needed to manage our business relationships with current and prospective customers. If you would like to request access to the data we hold about you, or to have your data deleted, contact us at the email address below. We will respond within 30 days.
